I particularly like them toasted and spread with cottage cheese topped with roasted vegetables. Have a go at using a pack of SCHWARTZ MEDITERRANEAN ROASTED VEGETABLE MIX for the most delicious and versatile roasted veg. All you do is mix the contents of the packet with olive oil and toss a mixture of vegetables into it then roast in oven. I also use them stirred into pasta.
