ONETEC IT CONSULTANTS

When I invested in a computer some 6 years ago I wasn't enthusiastic about the idea of having one at all ,but of course I soon found it indispensable, that is until things started to go wrong.................but help was at hand with the prompt arrival of Mike from ONETEC who is a computer "Doctor"!!!
He took my "baby" and returned it the same evening by which time he had decluttered it and got rid of all the viruses I didn't even realise it had!!
So....... it is now running smoothly and is much speedier, so young Mike of ONETEC comes highly recommended for your computer needs.

LUNCH SNACKS
Posted by Sandra Gee on July 18, 2008 8:26 AM
There are lots of interesting snacks in >MORRISON'S to fill a gap at lunchtime. Variety of sushi, sandwiches, and pots of lovely pasta with basil, peppers and dressing which are perfect.. I also picked up a pot of Rumbler's yoghurt with granola which was delicious.
For lunchboxes Mr. kipling have launched individual Cake Bites. 15 Seperately wrapped sponge cakes in a variety of favours, the ones I tried were lemon flavoured. ASDA
At the end of Lord Street in Seabank Road HAMLETT'S have a variety of interesting hot and cold snacks. I sat in the sunshine and filled myself with new potatoes that had been cooked in sea salt and drizzled with hot chilli sauce, delicious.
"SPECIALLY SELECTED" MARINATED VEGETABLE TARTE FIN PIZZA
Posted by Sandra Gee on July 15, 2008 9:36 PM
Pizza is not my favourite food so I was hesitant about trying this particular recommendation. However, I was so excited about it because unlike other types I had tried over the years the base of this particular pizza was really thin and crisp. The topping which is full of mediterranean-style marinated peppers, aubergines and courgettes is smothered in creme fraiche and it was absolutely delicious. There is another variety which is topped with rocket and scallops. A real winner to keep in the freezer.ALDI - KEW SOUTHPORT

What's up with your handshake? by Mark Jeffries

Networking is the new "buzz" word for meeting people who then become good contacts. Its something most of us in sales and marketing have been doing for many years. However, there is an art to getting the most out of networking.
If it is new to you and you are struggling, or if you are experienced and want some extra hints and tips, I strongly suggest that you invest in a copy of this great book. It contains lots of good commonsense advice about this method of communication. "What's up with your handshake? by Mark Jeffries

CAR PARKING SPACES FOR ROYAL BIRKDALE GOLF
Posted by Sandra Gee on July 4, 2008 7:35 PM
A few months ago in a moment of madness I decided it would be a good idea to rent my house out to people coming to the area for the Open Golf event. However, after reading through all the detail that would be involved, beside the thought of spring cleaning everywhere, the idea rapidly faded.
But..................I do have a driveway that would accomodate 3 cars and the walk is about 5 mins. to Royal Birkdale
So it is available for rental, if you are interested please contact me at
