Although I sleep well, due to the fact that I practice transcendental meditation twice daily, and have done so for over 20 years. However sometimes circumstances in life take over your mind and disrupt your sleep pattern.
This happened to me recently and then I discovered SAINSBURY'S SLEEP AID, I have taken just half of one pill on occasion and found that I have had good sound sleep but most importantly NO aftereffects.

Are you looking for an exercise class, if so I can recommend a Yoga class with a difference!!
It is held at Ezefitness which is at Dunes Splash World and the instructor is Peter. It is a very popular session that is held each Saturday morning at 9-15 a.m.
I would describe it as a cross between yoga and pilates and have found it very good as well as being very enjoyable.
So for further information of the many classes on offer pop along and pick up the leaflet and give it a go.

Listening to the news this morning hearing about probable power cuts this winter could make many people anxious. I suggest you take yourself along to one of the stockists below and make sure you have close to hand a SPOTLIGHT OR STICK UP BULB so that if this situation occurs you are well prepared.
Both are really handy items which can be used in garages, under the stairs, anywhere that needs a boost of lighting without wires or drilling etc.
They all work off batteries and are absolutely ideal to keep beside you during the winter months.
AVAILABLE FROM BOOTS, TESCO , WOOLWORTHS,
Children back at school, autumnal feel in the air, the nights getting darker earlier, all that makes you think of Christmas and presents. A very nice range of pepper/salt mills are available from Cole & mason. In clear acrylic
with vibrant coloured tops they are really stylish as well as being practical and functional. The fact that they are salt and pepper in one means they are space saving.
Ideal for a xmas present for someone interested in cookery.
Available from Debenhams and independent cookshops.
Its the time of the year when you revamp your wardrobe, maybe buy a new skirt, a pair of trousers and then the problems arrive if they need shortening.
If like me sewing isn't your thing don't worry, go along to Deena at the Stitch N Time stall in the MARKET HALL IN KING STREET and let her work her magic for you.

If you are looking for an easy read, perhaps a book to take on holiday, or just to dip into for a few pages now and then ,get a copy of THE SUPPER CLUB by Sophie King.
This is the author's third book and is a really enjoyable read, to actually meet SOPHIE KING go along to Pritchards Bookshop on Brows Lane, Formby on 20th September where you will be able to have a chat with her.
PRITCHARDS BOOKSHOP - FORMBY.
Make time whilst there to browse around MISCHKA where the displays of really modern, inexpensive, clothes are a delight. Much approved by my 14/16 year old grand-daughters.

I was invited to a supper party recently and the conversation was halted by the arrival of a platter of dinky spoons made out of pastry. They were served with a selection of dips and the idea was to use them literally as a spoon, but you eat the pastry and the dip together.
It was such an unusual party piece which could be served with sweet or savoury dips. Do try some and let me know how you served them. sandragee60@tiscali.co.uk

I was suprised to discover that Revlon created the first nail enamel in 1932 and the brand is as popular as ever.
Two really smart colours have been launched that compliment the new fashion shades of the season. I have been using Steel-her-heart which is a really smart grey/ pewter shade and my "test panel" have become very excited about the Midnight Affair which is a gorgeous dark blue. Consider the dark colours both have stayed chip free for an amazing length of time.
Available from Boots and other cosmetic retailers.
